Lightening level: Minimal

Lightening level: 1 level (standard for gray coverage)
Break time: 35 minutes/45 for resistant gray
30 volume - Lightening
level Lifting: 2 levels (for lighter and shinier effects)
Break time: 40 minutes
40 volume -
Lifting level: 3 levels (for maximum lift)
Break time: 45 minutes
