It can be applied on or off the scalp, including for highlights done with foils, for full lifts, as well as wrapped or exposed bleaches. Its dust-free, mess-free and protective blue formula contains blue pigments to neutralize yellow and orange reflections. Micro-encapsulated for long-acting lightening. Does not swell and acts quickly.
